Richard G. Thomas
Technology Director
Responsible for Eye2i Productions technical direction and expertise, Richard Thomas oversees a dedicated and experienced team of programmers and website developers. Proficient in ASP classic, ASP.net, JSP, SQL, Visual Basic, Cold Fusion, HTML, Java Script and DHTML, Rick brings a tremendous asset to Eye2i Productions technical know how. Rick has over 10 years of extensive experience in web application development, including team lead responsibilities, with concentration in user interface design, e-Learning development methodologies, and server-side processing.

Prior to starting Eye2i Productions, Rick attended The George Washington University where he developed his skills in Computer Science working as a programmer and consultant to the Department of Defense (DOD), developing Computer Based Training (CBT) simulation systems for all branches of the government.

Christopher P. Karls
Creative Director
Chris Karls has an extensive background in traditional visual media, interactive design, illustration, and animation. Chris specializes in creating engaging brand identity and progressive web designs. Since partnering with Eye2i Productions in 2001, Chris has been actively involved in planning and creative strategy for all client projects and oversees creative development and advertisement strategies for the company. Chris has led creative development for clients such as 3M, Wells Fargo, and American Express .

Prior to parterning with Eye2i Productions, Chris refined his skills at St. Cloud State University, MN. Chris has worked with some of the top media firms where he honed his skills as a visual interface designer and Flash animator. His work can be seen all over the web in a variety of industries, from the Mortgage and Finance Industry to the e-Learning space Chris' work is a cut above the rest.
